Shipping and Returns

All products listed are in stock! We currently fulfill all orders ourselves and do not have a fulfillment center. Your patience is appreciated as we work hard to fulfill all orders. Please allow for 1-3 day processing times.  Orders shipped via UPS or USPS ground shipping (approximately 2-7 days for domestic orders, and 7-15 days for international orders).

Return Instruction and Policy

We have high hopes you will LOVE your products!  However, if you find you need to return it for whatever reason, we want to make that seamless and easy for you to do so.

Return Policy: You may return unused and non-downloadable product for a full refund.  Shipping and processing fees cannot be refunded. All items must be returned in new condition and with original packaging and contents.

Return deadline: Because our products can be time sensitive, we have a 30 day return policy from the day you purchase your product.  Please check this date before you begin your return process.

Returns are easy!  Follow these 3 steps:

  • Step 1:  To initiate the return process, please fill out this contact form, or send an email to help@tidbitsandcompany.com.  If the reason for return is due to damage, we may ask for images.
  • Step 2:  We will respond and verify the return process.
  • Step 3:  Package the product securely, and return to the address directed to you in the response email.  You will be responsible for all return packaging and shipping costs, and we will need you to provide a tracking code for us.

After we receive the product, undamaged, we will refund your purchase within 10 days to the original form of payment.

We hope this simple return process gives you confidence to buy our products again and again to find the ones you absolutely love.  This is the best we can do as a small business.

*Please note:  We have taken great care to deliver a thoughtful, accurate, and beautiful products.  However, we cannot be responsible for minor errors. Since all linen products are handmade, please expect a little perfectly imperfect character.
